By creating an account, accessing, or using Rukio in any way, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Rukio. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and will notify you of changes through the application or by email.

Rukio is a family management platform that integrates multiple modules designed to simplify household organization:

- Finance: Transaction tracking, budgets, savings goals, and family financial reports. - Lists: Shared lists for shopping, chores, and to-dos. - Trips: Collaborative planning of destinations, itineraries, and travel budgets. - Achievements: Gamification system with streaks, badges, and family challenges. - Family: Central hub with member management, roles, and activity tracking. - Ruka AI: Artificial intelligence assistant that analyzes family data and provides personalized suggestions.

Rukio is provided as-is at any given time. Some features may be under development or available only on certain plans.

To use Rukio, you must create an account by providing truthful and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials.

Rukio operates with a family group model featuring three roles: - Admin: Full control of the family group, including member management, configuration, and access to all data. - Member: Access to shared family group features, with the ability to record and view information. - Child: Restricted access adapted for minors, with limited features as configured by the admin.

The family group admin is responsible for managing invitations and permissions for other members. Minors must have authorization from a parent or legal guardian to use Rukio.

Ruka is an artificial intelligence assistant integrated into Rukio that uses your family group's data to provide personalized suggestions, analysis, and responses.

It is important to understand that: - Ruka's suggestions are informational and do not constitute financial, legal, or any other form of professional advice. - Ruka uses your family's data (transactions, budgets, goals, previous conversations) to personalize its responses. - Conversations with Ruka are processed through third-party artificial intelligence services to generate responses. - You should not make important financial decisions based solely on Ruka's suggestions without consulting a qualified professional.

Rukio allows you to record and manage your family's financial information, including transactions, budgets, and savings goals.

Please note that: - Rukio is not a financial institution, bank, or regulated entity. We do not process banking transactions or manage real money. - You are solely responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of the financial data you enter into the platform. - Reports, projections, and analyses generated by Rukio are based exclusively on the data you provide and should not be considered professional financial advice. - We recommend periodically verifying that your records in Rukio match your bank statements.

By using Rukio, you agree to: - Not use the platform for illegal, fraudulent activities or activities that infringe on the rights of others. - Not attempt to access data from other family groups without authorization. - Not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the application. - Not use automated systems to access the platform in bulk. - Not share offensive, defamatory content or content that violates the privacy of others through the platform. - Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these conditions.

All content on Rukio, including but not limited to its design, source code, logos, text, graphics, user interfaces, and the Ruka assistant, is the exclusive property of Rukio and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

The data you enter into Rukio (transactions, lists, family information) belongs to you. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, and revocable license to use the platform in accordance with these terms.

No rights to Rukio's intellectual property are granted beyond what is expressly stated in these terms.

Rukio is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law: - We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. - We are not liable for financial decisions made based on information provided by Rukio or Ruka. - We are not responsible for data loss caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. - Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have paid for the service in the preceding 12 months. - We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of the above exclusions may not apply to you.
